The three choices - That you must avoid - that will keep you in tobacco's imminent danger that's claiming MILLIONS AROUND THE GLOBE EVERY YEAR are:
  1. You take no action and continue to smoke,
  2. You don't seem worried or realize the urgency to quit NOW because you think problems happen to others, and
  3. You may be under the misconception that since nothing happened to you so far and you are "still young"; you are safe and will try to quit later when you're older.
 


 
Here is Nancy's Story:

Nancy, A woman who approaches the counseling window at a pharmacy where I was working once wanting advice on Nicotine replacement products. The first question I asked to determine her resolve was "why do you want to quit?" she replied with the most favorable answer revealing her readiness: "I realize that it's bad for me, my kids and husband have been nagging me to quit.
